After the Truck of the Year series I'd gotten my mandatory shot, however, after a few more Batman drawings I needded more. I intended to make a study to truck design in Europe, and how everything influences everything else eventually. I compiled a database a needed to create a stamp in time in which pretty much every big brand had released their latest new, most modern cab to date.

Although this drawing looks like a simple line up it was rather difficult finding the right proportions in between the different brands; the trucks illustrated never stood side by side, but every windshield had to be at the correct height for the drawing to be succesful. I've tried various ways of trying to find the right perspective. First by drawing a bunch of cubes and putting them in perspective, then by actually using real blocks of wood and setting them up in the same way, which eventually lead to me just giving up and trying to draw it by hand, which in the end still worked best for me.
