I was getting into Batman back then, at first because I spend my days watching Batman: The Animated Series simply because I adored the graphical style of them (the series has won several Emmy awards for its style) and I then moved on to find other artists who'd painted Batman as well. It took me a very long time to find a picture I liked, I must've spend hours, days looking online for the right picture that included the biggest hero (Batman) versus the biggest enemy (Joker). Once I finally found one I printed it on a schale that would make me able to measure the arm on the picture and enlarge it on the wall, resulting into this.:
